My Fitness regime
11st 4lbs, I have been a little lower but a couple of Christmas parties didn't help, running 3 miles and cycling 10
Christmas an illness has has set me back, piling on the weight, not happy
It has been a long time, I have lost a lot more weight and training towards my first Marathon. Getting better all round, my weight is down to 10st 7 lbs and my longest run is 30km, hopefully get a marathon in before the end of the year. Now done my first marathon, have another half marathon booked and maybe another marathon this year
