Easy ways to Demand High Heels from puppet

puppet is my ’husband’ who has been cuckolded by my lovely big black live-in lover and me and locked in permanent chastity.
We want to degrade and humiliate it further by forcing it to provide High Heeled shoes to anyone who Demands them.
Here’s how to do it;
either ~
1) create an Amazon wish list and put on it the High Heels you want. e-mail the list to [email protected]. You can, of course, specify which shoes you want first from it. Your name and address will be completely unknown to puppet, (it has no need to know such things anyway).
or ~
2) decide which High Heeled shoes you want then e-mail [email protected] with the web link for them. Include your PayPal address and puppet will transfer the money to you. If you choose this way, puppet will have to pay you a ‘Heel Height Tax’, an additional £1.00 for each inch of Heel you Demand, (thus if you want 6” High Heels, puppet will pay you £12.00 extra, 6” x £1.00 x 2 for the pair).
