Yes but only if we can send evey blk American back to Africa, the country they belong in. A small amount of money is taken from the US citizens and sent home to the new population in Africa. Let them build their community and show the world just how "excellent" they are. A true social experiment to show the whole world just what they are made of. Also every illegal immigrant in the US has to go home, their kids and family too. Also no islamics or muslims here neither.
