Forbidden Flames (Pt.1)
She had always been curious. A quiet, gnawing hunger lived within her, a longing she could never quite put into words. Her life had been predictable—structured, safe—but beneath the surface, an untamed side waited to be set free.
Then she met him.
A man of confidence, intensity, and an undeniable presence. The kind of man who commanded attention without a single word. Their first encounter was electric; a glance that lingered too long, a smirk that held secrets she was desperate to uncover. He saw something in her—something hidden even from herself. And he intended to bring it out.
“You don’t even know what you’re capable of,” he murmured the night they first spoke. His voice sent a shiver down her spine.
She swallowed hard, her breath shallow. “And you do?”
A slow, knowing smile. “I do.”
From that moment, everything shifted. She found herself drawn to him, compelled by his presence. Each encounter pulled her deeper, making her question everything she thought she knew about herself. He moved with effortless control, exuding an energy that made her pulse race.
One evening, she found herself standing outside his apartment door, hesitating. The choice was hers—step away and return to her structured, predictable life, or step inside and embrace the unknown. With a deep breath, she knocked.
When the door opened, he was already watching her, his dark eyes holding an unspoken challenge. He reached for her wrist, his touch firm yet deliberate. “Are you ready?”
She wasn’t sure. But she nodded anyway.
Inside, the atmosphere was intoxicating. Dim lighting, a hint of spice in the air. He moved close, tilting her chin up so she had no choice but to meet his gaze. “You’re afraid,” he observed.
“Yes,” she admitted. Her voice was barely a whisper.
“Good.” His fingers traced the curve of her collarbone, igniting something deep within her. “Fear means you’re on the edge of something real.”
She shivered, not from cold, but from the undeniable heat building between them. For the first time in her life, she wanted to surrender—to let someone else lead, to see where the night would take her.
And he would make sure she never regretted it.
