On New Years Day, 2021, I decided to set a goal for January. The goal was to jerk off every day in January and then swallow my own cum every time, whether I felt like it or not.

At the end of January, I had swallowed my own cum every day in January, meeting my goal.

Since I had swallowed my own load every time I jerked off for 31 days straight, I decided to see if I could keep going until I had swallowed 100 loads. When I made it to 100, I just kept going.

By mid-summer, I had jerked off and swallowed my own load for the 200th time.

Sometime in early October I swallowed my 300th load of the year and just stopped counting.

At some point, somebody asked how much cum I had swallowed in total? So I did some math...

-> I had cum and swallowed my own load well over 300 times.
-> Each load is a tablespoon or more of cum.
-> There are 256 tablespoons in a gallon.

Based on that, I'm pretty sure I swallowed over a gallon of my own cum in both 2021.

I did it again in 2022.

To this day, I continue to swallow more than 90% of my own cum.
