Can't upload new videos

My wife, Apple and I have been uploading videos of ourselves and our friends to xhamster for over 10 years. It will no longer let us upload. It says, "verified users only." We were verified a lont time ago. 2 days ago I re submitted a state photo id and did a face scan to re verify. It was declined and I got a notification that I needed to submit a different document. It almost feels like am identity fishing scam. We love to post our videos and I hope this isn't a closed chapter of our (lifestyle) lives. PLEASE HELP! TIA
